With the intention of delivering a complete customer experience, Dr. Khondoker Naeem Hasan lunched his very first ‘Rooftop Restaurant’. With the intent to deliver the exquisite flavor of Italian wood-fired pizza. He fell in love with Italian wood-fired pizza after experiencing it for the first time. With his fascination for food and passion for Italian cuisine, he focused into building an Italian-themed restaurant with an enchanting twist.

With the appropriate dose of intriguing story, he wanted to share his experience with his consumer base. This introduced the concept of ‘Fiore’. Fiore is an Italian word for flower. The ideal name for a floral rooftop restaurant.

"Building a rooftop garden restaurant is challenging. We had to prepare ahead for things like grass, trees, drainage systems, parasite management, hygiene, and other relevant factors. We started to notice flowering on the trees we planted roughly a year ago. We were also transporting the wood-fired oven in, which was another difficulty. All of the bricks for our oven were imported directly from Italy. Our wood-fired oven took about two months to put together " Dr. Naeem said when questioned about the difficulties encountered while creating Fiore. Dr. Naeem acknowledged his business partner and one of his relatives when discussing the assistance on this voyage. They made a significant contribution to Fiore's present state.

The most fascinating yet tricky situation arose on Fiore's first day. On the day before the launch, a social media post received a great deal of attention. There was a queue of 400–500 people waiting to enjoy Fiore's warmth and cuisine. Dr. Naeem and his Fiore team were delighted with the scope of the response. They were excited to witness such active crowd participation. The rooftop flower garden's seating capacity was lesser than the huge crowd, so they had trouble accommodating everyone at the same time. Dr Nayeem has another restaurant other than Fiore. While maintaining these two restaurants along with his regular job as a government doctor was a very difficult task to handle. That created a really tough situation for him to maintain work-life balance. He hardly had any time for his family. Dr. Nayeem was in dire need of a good restaurant software that can help him oversee his business from home.
